Employment Pass Application Status in Singapore?

Im here in the Philippines and just got a new job in Singapore. I have already submitted the requirements to my employer so they can give me an Employment Pass from the Ministry Of Labor. I understand that it will take 2-3 weeks before the result of the application will be given.

However, I dont want to keep on asking my employer about the status of the application.

Is there a way I can ask the ministry of labor in singapore myself about the status of the application?

A normal application takes about 2 to 3 weeks to process. To excercise patience will be best practise at this moment. I dont think you dont want to antagonise your employer at this juncture as the company may feel that u either dont trust them or u are showing signs of rebellious nature. Afterall, u have waited for so long, just be patient for a while more and u will be more contented.
